Being interviewed on Marathon Talk

If you’ve never heard of the Marathon Talk Podcast then you’re missing out.

With an episode every week, never missing a week & reaching 425 episodes, it has to be the longest running, & most established running podcast out there.

Peyongchang 2018 Winter Paralympics

If you’re like me you’ve probably been hooked on the Peyongchang Winter Olympics. With the Paralympics soon to follow things start hotting up here in Buckinghamshire as we prepare to light the Heritage Flame at Stoke Mandeville Stadium.

Unilite PS-HDL6R Head Torch

@Unilte_UK tweeted the other day that they were looking for bloggers to send a product to try & review so I jumped at the chance.

The Milton Keynes Winter Half Marathon 2017

The MK Winter Half is a December race that comes round every festive period. With not many races on the calendar at that time of year it’s a really good one to take note of and pop in your calendar.

Welcome To My Website

Well if you’re reading this post you’ll see I have a new website! Until this point I just had social media accounts and a blog but no proper website. With subscribers, readers, followers & likers on multiple platforms it felt a bit like I might have all these friends in different places, who all have he same interests & would get on really well.

Comrades Marathon 2017 Up Run

For me this all started in June 2016 when I entered a Capri Sun competition ‘Squeeze The Day’ to win my bucket list adventure. You just had to tell them what you’re personal adventure was & the winner would have this realised.

Wings For Life World Race 2017

This is a race with a difference. Instead of running a predetermined distance over an accurately measured course, continuously heading towards a finish line, in this race the finish line chases you & you have no idea how far you’ll run.

The London Marathon 2017

This would be my 5th London Marathon. As I arrived in Greenwich Park there was the sense of familiarity, knowing what to expect. I was going from the green start which is where I set off from for my first London Marathon. On my coach we’re many first time runners who were full of anticipation, excitement, nerves, doubts & they reminded me that’s exactly how I was on my first one.

Vitality Reading Half Marathon 2015

What a fantastic race!

This all starts at the race village outside the Madjeski Stadium in Reading where race sponsors Sweatshop & Mizuno were there in force selling kit at discounted prices.
